Making Missoula Donation
Making Missoula is a newly established 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities, business development, and community for the people behind Missoula’s handmade economy. Through grant opportunities and monthly classes for local makers, we are “Making Missoula” a unique and proud EXAMPLE of a thriving, local, and handmade creative community.
Makers Grant Fund
The Makers Grant Fund is an application based grant awarded to a deserving maker who is dedicated to taking the next steps in their handmade business. Last year, we awarded $500 to Robin Graf of Inkworm Press.
Monthly Classes
Making Missoula contracts local professionals to provide educational classes for makers of all levels, whether they’ve been a pioneer of this business style for 10 years, or are simply interested in how to get started. We’ve featured classes on making Instagram reels, budgeting, marketing, etc.
What we do at Making Missoula is made possible by the support of generous donors, volunteers, and cheerleaders for our local mission. Your donation today allows us to provide free or reduced costs classes, expand the Makers Grant Fund, and provide additional opportunities for makers.
By making your donation recurring, you can help us to carry on our mission throughout the year!
