President
Bailey’s passion for the maker community in Missoula started with her own handmade business, Warm House, founded in 2019. Since, she co-founded the Missoula Makers Collective in 2021, and Making Missoula in 2024. She serves on the board of the Missoula Downtown Association and has a Masters in Political Science and a Graduate Certificate in Gender Studies. Bailey grew up in Great Falls and is interested in how local businesses can help mobilize citizens to be stewards of their community, the way in which a strong community ethic can affect development, and the impact that women's financial autonomy through entrepreneurship translates to community benefits.

Noah, born and raised in Montana, is an enthusiastic public servant and non-profit professional for the Missoula community. While earning degrees in Music Performance, Non-Profit Administration, and Entertainment Management from the University of Montana, he also heavily influenced higher education through student-led initiatives as President of the Student Music Union, Senator for the Associated Students of the University of Montana, and eventually, student-body President. These experiences launched his career as a Development Director for the University of Montana, where he has the honor to fundraise for scholarships that assist students in pursuing an education at UM. You might find Noah performing as an Oboist with Montana Symphonies if he's not otherwise wrapped up in a blanket at home being haunted by a Stephen King novel or desperately trying to keep his many house-plants alive.
